Ron Wortley — President
Ron has been involved in the medical device industry for more than
30 years, including early experience with Baxter Artificial Organs
Division, Vital Assist and Sorenson Research. In 1981 Mr. Wortley
co-founded MedWest Medical, serving as CEO until the acquisition
of the company by Kendall Healthcare (now a Tyco Company) in 1988.
MedWest was an OEM manufacturer of blood access catheters and related
devices. In 1994 Ron founded MEDRON Inc. with four employees. Today
the company has more than 80 employees and operates in its own 14,000
sq. ft. facility, completed in 1999.

Eric King — Vice President,
Product Development
Since 1992 Eric has been involved in the design and development
of medical devices. His extensive experience includes R&D and product
design and development responsibilities in the areas of artificial
organs, obstetrics & gynecology, neonatal ventilation and vascular
access devices. Eric joined MEDRON in 1997 and is responsible for
product/process design and validation. He holds both a BS & MS in
Mechanical Engineering.

David Wortley — Manufacturing
Manager
Dave joined MEDRON in 1999 and has operational responsibility for
the management of manufacturing, purchasing and for overall facility
operations. In this capacity he oversees the hiring, training and
two shift supervision of more than 70 hourly production workers.
Dave’s previous business experience includes various sales
responsibilities with national pharmaceutical and medical device
companies.

Julie Berry — Manager, Quality and
Regulatory Affairs
Julie joined the MEDRON team in 2008 and has many years experience in the medical device industry including critical care and invasive monitoring products, infusion therapy and blood collection systems. Julie has a BS in Materials Science Engineering and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. She is a former Engineering & Quality Manager for a Fortune 500 manufacturer of medical devices and has extensive experience in quality management & quality engineering.

Mark Christensen — Buyer/Planner
As a member of MEDRON’s management team, Mark has responsibility for purchasing, production scheduling and also oversees customer service. Mark joined the Company in 2007 with successful purchasing experience, primarily in the area of multi-media manufacturing.

Nicole Humes — Office
Manager
Nicole joined MEDRON in 2001 and is responsible for providing
general administrative, accounting, payroll and human resource
support. Prior to joining MEDRON, she had more than six years
of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
