TIPPING
MEDRON utilizes custom-built RF tipping machines for several applications, ranging from dilator and catheter tip forming to material welding, including soft tips. MEDRON has developed proprietary tipping processes that allow for complex tip geometries, including undercuts, that can not be manufactured with conventional tipping methods.

DRILLING
MEDRON has many years of experience in precision hole forming. With the use of custom made drilling machines and fixtures, smooth clean edges are reliably achieved in a variety of hole sizes, angles, patterns, structures and materials.
